How preorders work

By preordering, you are securing an item that is not in stock. You purchase the item, paying in full including postage.

When the item comes back into stock, your preorder will be dispatched. 

If you order an in stock and preorder item, your package will not be dispatched until your preorder item comes into stock.

The item is then shipped when it becomes in stock. If you would like to ship in stock items first, we can do so - there will be a postage fee of $11.95 for regular post and $14.95 for Express. Just send us an email!

Please note (this is important!) - preorder ship dates are estimated only. We do our best to estimate dates, however we cannot guarantee ship dates. Please do not order if you need for a specific date. Please also note that preorders are sold on the basis of an estimated ship date, not a length of time. Please also note that ordering 'Express' doesn't make the production time shorter, but your items will reach you faster once shipped. We cannot upgrade your shipping due to any delays we incur.
